Why Everyone Should Try Rowing

Rowing is awesome. It is one of the few pieces of equipment that provides an amazing cardio and strength workout. Add in a coach, upbeat music and a supportive community and now you have an unbeatable workout that will provide killer results and keep you coming back for more. 

If you’re anything like me, I am a slave to efficiency. Meaning, I hate wasting time. Rowing has proved not only to be an efficient workout tool that keeps me in great shape, but also doesn’t require me to workout 5-6 days a week.
