Squat reaches x 20
Lunge reaches x 20
Skipping x 60


Circuit 1

-Jumping Lunges x 20 total
*modification – 10 static lunges on each leg
-Cross jack squats x 20 total
-Ski abs x 20 total
-Elbow plank kick back x 20 total

* 3 sets in a row, with 30 – 60 seconds rest in between each circuit 
* for beginners, try doing 10 -12 reps instead of 20 for each movement

Circuit 2

-Cross Mountain climbers x 20
-Side plank leg raise x 10/10
-Walking planks x 20 total
-Jumping jacks x 20

* 3 sets in a row, with 30 – 60 seconds rest in between each circuit
