Warm Up
side hip openers x 10 ea. side
air squat x 20 
knee grabs (alternating) x 20 
knee external rotations x 10 ea. side
side hip openers x 10 ea. side

Circuit 1
alternating lunges to squat x 20 
(reverse lunge back on both legs, then squat – repeat 20x)
skater to burpee x 10
donkey kick pull-ins x 10 ea. side
*2 sets , rest for 60-90 secs before starting circuit 2

Circuit 2
push up with shoulder taps x 10
(modification = perform movement on your knees)
squat pulse to alternating toe taps x 15
(pulse squat, then lateral step to the left and right, repeat)
squat jump (2) to a burpee x 10
( 2 squats + 1 burpee = 1 set)
*2 sets , rest for 60-90 secs before starting circuit 3

Circuit 3
bear crawl x 30 seconds
hollow hold x 25
scissor kicks x 30 seconds
*2 sets , then stretch and foam roll 🙂
