Circuit 1
squat with alternating leg raises x 20
split squat x 12 reps on each leg
side plank twist x 10 reps on each side
*3 sets , rest for 60-90 secs before starting circuit 2

Circuit 2
narrow squat w/ back leg extension x 12
plank with alt. knee extensions x 12
butterfly crunch x 12
*3 sets , rest for 60-90 secs before starting circuit 3

Circuit 3
shoulder push up x 12
superman back extension x 12
leg raise x 12 (hold for 20 secs. after last rep)
*3 sets
