Warm Up
back extensions x 20 
hamstring touches (alternating legs) x 20
toe touch reaches x 20
toe touch pulses x 25

Circuit 1
2 broad jumps to 2 squats x 15
2 squat jumps to walkouts x 15
leg raises x 15 each
*2 sets , rest for 60-90 secs before starting circuit 2

Circuit 2
tricep push up with shoulder taps x 15
(modification = perform movement on your knees)
high knees x 40
alternating RDL reach x 30 (15 each) 
*3 sets , rest for 60-90 secs before starting circuit 3

Circuit 3
lateral walk to squat jump x 20
plank up downs x 20 
(do all 10 on your left hand, then switch – if you need go on your knees for a modification)
fire hydrants x 20 each
*3 sets , then stretch and foam roll 🙂
