Warm up

Knee grabs x20 total
Leg swing x20 total
Squats x 20 
Backwards lunge x 20 each

Circuit 1 
Backwards + front lunge x 20 each
Jumping jacks x 30
Hands off ground push up x 20
Crab toe touches x 30total

*3 sets in a row, then rest for 1-2 minutes before starting the next circuit

Circuit 2 

Squat walks x 30 total
Burpee + 4 mt climbers x 10 (yes, the video says 20- that was a typo!)
Crunch to toe touch x 20
 Step ups on chair/bench x 20 each

*2 sets in a row, then rest for 1-2 minutes before starting the next circuit

Circuit 3 

Side lunges toe touch x 15 each
High knees x 30
Sit ups x 30
Plank toe taps x 30

*3 sets in a row, then stretch and foam roll
